Materials Reliability

Introduction

Enhancement of Materials reliability is essential for realization of a high value-added through qualitative as well as quantitative growth in a materials industry field. A materials industry field is classified fundamental base technology in parts and material industry and electronics industry which are base industries of Korea. Materials Reliability research group focuses reliability of various materials used in components and material industry, electronics industry based on semiconductor, metal material industry and future promising flexible device industry for providing total solution of materials reliability. This contribute nationally to enhancement of effective material industry.

Research Topics

The ongoing research topics include fabrications of devices based on electronics, photonics, optoelectronics and reliability models for nanostructures with ultra structural dynamics, use condition characterization.
