합금설계 연구실 (Metal Alloys Design(MADe) Lab)
- UNIST 합금설계 연구실에서는 주로 마그네슘 및 알루미늄 기반 다성분계 금속 합금의 설계, 분석 및 상용화 연구 를 진행하고 있습니다. 개발이 진행 중인 신소재는 미래형 수송기기, 극한환경용 부품, 의료용 임플란트 등 다양한 산업 분야에서의 적용 가능성이 시험되고 있습니다. 이러한 금속 기반 신소재 개발 연구는 슈퍼컴퓨터 시스템을 활용한 모델링 및 고분해능 전자현미경 분석을 통해 보다 효율적인 방식으로 진행되고 있습니다.
