UNIST(울산과학기술원) 신소재공학과 및 반도체 소재부〮품 대학원에서 유능한 신진 및 중견 교수님을 초빙합니다. 이번 공고를 통하여 신소재공학과 및 반도체 소재부〮품 대학원에서 다수의 교원을 초빙할 예정이오니, 우수한 인재의 적극적인 지원을 바랍니다. 여성 및 경력직 교원 후보자들에 대한 지원을 장려합니다.

신소재공학과	▪Materials Science and Engineering – Material synthesis (polymer or nanomaterials) – Carbon-neutral materials and devices (sensors or energy conversion materials/devices)
반도체 소재부〮품 대학원	▪Semiconductor materials and devices – Integrated semiconductor electronics – AI-based material design (material design and synthesis, device characteristic analysis, etc.) – Next generation semiconductor materials & devices – Wide bandgap(SiC, GaN) based power semiconductor device

–       박사학위 소지자 (임용일 이전 박사학위 취득 예정자 지원 가능) 및 영어강의 가능자 (UNIST는 100% 영어강의)

–       임용에 결격사유가 없는 자(국가공무원법령 준용)

Department of Materials Science and Engineering (MSE) and Graduate School of Semiconductor Materials and Devices at UNIST invites highly motivated individuals with demonstrated potential for creativity and excellence for multiple tenure-track faculty positions.

Successful applicants must have an earned doctorate in materials science and engineering or a material and semiconductor related field, and will be expected to be highly collaborative, establish some funded research program, and participate in departmental teaching activities. Highly qualified applicants in Material science and engineering and Semiconductor materials and devices will be considered. Non-Korean or/and female applicants are encouraged to apply. All lectures in UNIST are given in English. We accept applications on a rolling basis, and we encourage you to apply sooner rather than later. The application period above can be early closed in case of the final successful candidates are determined.
