권순용

FIND 연구실은 혁신적인 전자 및 에너지 소자 구현을 위해, 원자 수준 제어를 통한 저차원 (0D, 1D, 2D) 나노소재 설계 및 합성 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 세부적으로는, 차세대 로직 및 메모리 반도체 소자 개발을 위해 대면적 2차원 반도체/금속 합성 및 전극 접합 기술을 연구하고 있으며, 수소 생성 및 슈퍼캐패시터/배터리 등에 적용가능한 전기화학적 셀 연구와 중성자/방사선 차폐용 층상형 코팅 소재 연구를 수행하고 있습니다.
