Tae-Sik Yoon

Nano Semiconductor Research Laboratory (NSRL) performs leading-edge semiconductor research including neuromorphic devices for next-generation artificial intelligence semiconductor computing systems, high-density and high-performance non-volatile memory, and novel memcapacitor devices, which would contribute to the advance of future semiconductor technology.
